Rosemarie Lee -Dawkins
My name is Rosemarie Lee -Dawkins, I attended St. Catherine High 1974-1979. I graduated in 1979 but attended 6th form until 1981. I have very fond memories of SCHS. I was with the "Chi-chi" group, including Moya Hamilton, Christine Bryan, Christine Chin, Angela Holgate, and Cherise Francis. Some of my funniest memories was hanging with the "Chi Chi" group and Evon Taylor (Scavy), Al Clarke, and our school trip to Miami in 1983. Other classmates Anthony Thomas, Yvonne Robinson, Leroy Laing (preacher), with until 5th form. Great Teachers-----Mr. Neale kicked me out of his music class because I was one tone too high! Mr. Smikle, Mrs. Ellis, Mrs. Marva Mills who taught us how to be ladies, Ms. Duffus, Sis Paschal, Ms. Anderson and of best of all Ms. Blanche Oliver. I can truly say I carry with me the principles I learnt at SCHS and the motto "Prayer and Work conquer all"----there is nothing more true.
